Some people..... I love Curves! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Curves has helped me lose 74 pounds! I really like the new Curves Smart system...it's like I have my own personal coach...it kicks my butt!!

Never again...: To start off, Curves is a womens only facility so you would think that a man working there would be contradicting the fact that it is a womens only gym. I know of several women who complained about this and nothing was ever done. I personally do not want to work out with a man sitting at his desk "watching" us women bounce up and down. When I finally decided to cancel my membership I faxed a signed note stating that I no longer wish to obtain a membership. A month later I was charged again on my bank account. So I faxed another letter and made a phone call. At the time of my phone call I was told that I could not cancel my membership unless I came in and had a meeting with the owners. I was told that someone would call me the next day to arrange a meeting. I never did receive a phone call. The following month I had another charge on my account. So I decided to call my bank and stop all charges made by Curves. Well no further charges were made so I thought maybe they got the clue that I wanted my membership cancelled. Recently I received a collection letter demanding $104.00 for NSF fees. You think they would try and call me when they were not able to charge my account. Instead they waited till the NSF charges built up then sent me a bill.
