    Richard has done both of my refinances over the last 6 years. There is no better professional in this valley. He came highly recommended from my neighbor, and I will continue to refer him to anyone who may need honest & legitimate real estate financing.

    I own 3 properties, and my owner occupied home. Mr. Balducci has handled 2 of my refinances, and delivered them with tremendous professionalism & attention to detail. Its not often that you find a broker that welcomes questions, but goes above & beyond just the transaction. I highly recommend Acceptance Capital Mortgage in Eagle Point, and the services of Richard Balducci.
