Awful Service: I like Red Robins except for this one. We get horrible service every time we go. Examples: Rude servers, food and condiments dropped on us from servers flying by, only getting drink mix and no alcohol in our cocktails, having the server forget that they took our order and then wait an hour for food! I can go on with more but I think you got the point. Red Robins is good, but not this restaurant!
