    Horrible, horrible service. Do not call this guy. I Called around 11:15 at night because they claimed to be a "24 hour mobile locksmith." I borrowed my wife's car for work and when I got off someone had ripped the top and stole our home keys and possibly some literature with our home address. Of course we were concerned for our safety. I explained the situation to him and he said he wouldn't be able to come out that night but possibly tomorrow. I replied by asking him wasn't his service 24 hours? He than stated (or stuttered) that the guy that does this work was out of town for a few days. Then he hurriedly said i gotta go my phone is about to die I can't help you and then hung up on me.

    This person was amazingly fast on Thanksgiving night!!! Arrived in less than 15 minutes and unlocked the vehicle in under 3 minutes. I was just amazed. Very prompt and friendly service. A+.
    I kept his card and intend on calling him again if ever needed.
