User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy family went to Longhorn Barbecue for my sister's Birthday. We are from the midwest and we are a huge fan of the piano bars there. When the piano players came out they said money talks and they will dedicate a song to anyone if the money is right. We put down $20 for a song for her birthday. One hour later the song still wasn't played. We moved the money to a different piano and they took the money, but didn't play the song. We spoke to the manager and let him know we would be closing our tab and leaving. He asked us to stay to speak with the piano player to fix the situation. We waited for one hour for the piano player to switch out with the other player. Once this happened he still never took the time to come speak with us. Instead we watched him stand outside and take a smoke break for over a half hour. We again told the manager we would like our tab and that we would like to leave. He begged and pleaded with us again to stay so the situation could be worked out. We again waited for another half hour and no apologies or money back for the money they had stolen from us. We had a group of over 15 people who put over $50 on the pianos that night and no one ever heard any of the songs we requested. I believe this is a scam and no one should waste their time or money going to the Longhorn Barbecue in Auburn. My suggestion is if you are in search of a good piano bar visit Chop Sticks in Tacoma. I have NEVER been disappointed in the service I have received at Chop Sticks.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't bother - go somewhere else: My friend and I went there for a girls night out - it took FOREVER to get drinks and forget about getting a second one...........and the bathrooms are GROSS and DISGUSTING and they should be ashamed that they let the bathrooms get so horrible. YUCK. That alone should make you run far far away from there. Not to mention the rat traps around the corner of the building. Nice touch.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDueling Piano bar that is still a good value.: Longhorn has always had great food, but the dueling piano bar is outstanding. If you don't mind the crowds that have been gathering there, it is a fun night. The drinks are good and not bad priced.
