Some of the theaters have flattened out seat cushions so it is about time for an overhaul. Sound insulation between theaters could be better because if it is loud next door and quite in yours, you hear all the noise and it is distracting. Theater ONE has a problem with heating and the front counter people just report it to the operators and can't actually adjust it. However, you need to leave the movie to complain to get anyone interested.
I do agree that they need to watch for people that come in the side doors without paying. They usually have a very nice handicapped young girl as the ticket taker, but she can't see the side doors. The counter girls can see them but don't seem to care to send the people back out to buy tickets.
Now, all that said, it is our favorite movie venue and we travel from Port Orchard (about 45 miles).-

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: My Family and I Love Regal Auburn Theatres...Very clean, sound system is great, and the screens have exceptional quality. I also love the Express Ticket Purchase ATM's/Machines...you can have a line of 20 people at the ticket booth and then right around the corner, just go walk up to this machine and purchase your ticket and your in, as quick and simple as that, while everyone else is still standing in line.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsReviewed from Yahoo! Movies: We drive from Federal Way. Cashiers are fast and courteous and improved parking makes this a pretty good theater. I wish they would check harder for crashers though.
