I totally agree with the other poster who said that they lie here. I needed a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced and the first thing that the service rep asked me was, "How old are you?" I said 25. "Well we can't loan you a car until you're 26. It's state Law." I called three diffrent car rental agencies and they all told me that the law says you have to be 21. Now I go to BMW Seattle and they give me a loaner when I need one.
