Customer service was excellent. Tom really made us feel like a priority and important. The dealership where I had originally taken my car to fix gave me a quote for something they came up with in an inspection I had to pay $20 for. I went to Midas down the street and inquired about a quote for the same work, I was quoted $100 cheaper so of course I brought my car there instead. The service manager was prompt, professional and very friendly. About half an hour after I dropped off my car, Midas called me and explained they found a lot more to fix than the dealership had "inspected". Since I had prepaid for the service and planned to pick up my car after closing time, they said not to worry about additional charges, they would keep it at the same amount as a courtesy. I was very pleased to find out they put more effort in their inspection and were kind enough to call right away and not charge extra. No one wants to pay an arm and a leg for a pesky car problem, it is nice to know some auto shops are actually honest and considerate. I'm sure the dealership would have found more problems and then charged me hundreds more after the fact. I would highly recommend this Midas to friends and family.
