Cowpatti doesn't know what she is talking about.: There was a check written out to a non-existant driving school in Auburn that was placed under the door at 1st time driving academy that had no paperwork or the student's name on the check. The check was not "lost" it was RETURNED TO TREEHOUSE, the government agency that had issued the check seeing that it didn't belong to us and it was delivered in error. At no time did any of the instructors try to coerse the student to change schools, in fact the parent called and asked if they could pick up the check and was told that it had been returned to Treehouse seeing that there was no identifying paperwork as to who the student was or what school they were to attend. The student was never contacted. Treehouse did contact us and we let them know that the check had been returned and they then issued a check to the correct school to our knoweldge.
Bad Business Practice: I own a driving school close by and this new school has taken a tuition check made payable to our business and conveniently "lost" it. They not only lost the check but they are trying to coerce the student to attend their program instead. Not too polite.
