User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever ever would I recommend Tom Matson Dodge to anyone! I went in under the impression this is somewhere I could because I was told that they deal with all types of lenders. I went in on Wednesday filled out paper work, my boyfriend came back the next day and yet, it's now Friday and still no response. What's even better is that I have the car that I want to purchase and I want an answer as to how the financing is going and no one can tell me. I talked to the General Sales Manager, Jay Miller. He was completely useless and rude. His response was, "You're just gonna have to be patient." Going on 3 days now...how much longer do I have to wait. I asked to speak with his boss, Tom Matson. Very Very Bad IDEA! He was no more a help than the other moron. I love the car but because the customer service...I will never recommend this place again! If at all possible, I'm going to try to go and take the Pontiac back. At this point, I'm hoping the loan doesn't go through! Nice car...horrible customer service from the top down!

Contrary to what some people wrote on this blog earlier, I have gone to Tom Matson on several occasions to both have routine maintenance on my Jeep and Dodge, but I also purchased a new Durango from the dealership. I found the help at Tom Matson Dodge to be extremely professional, and they had my interests in mind while working on an excellent price. Sam and Charlie were both very helpful and took time to ensure that my wife and I left the dealership happy. To those leaving negative comments...I believe you get out of an experience what you bring to it. I will continue to conduct business with this dealership and "WILL" be recommending it to my friends. Thanks again Sam and Charlie.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsworse sales people ever! Do not buy from Tom Matson. They waste your time and don't have great custoemr services skills. A few people on the sales team have horrible morale. I purchased a Jeep on a friday, and did not get it until Monday night and it was the wrong one. The salesman I worked with lied to me, and they just suck point blank. I wont ever take my car to be serviced there.
