User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRio Blanco is awesome. Their food is always good, I have tried at least 15 different things off their menu and I have never been let down. The food is served fast and there is never a wait. The prices are affordable and very reasonable and their customer service is amazing. Their staff is always friendly and deserve recognition, I am a long time customer and I have never been disappointed with their service, always friendly and welcoming.
I would say that this is Auburn's best Mexican restaurant by far.-

We went to this restaurant last night and found the experience to be muy bueno :)
My honey had the unique ostrich fajitas-- he had never had ostrich before, so he was excited there was this exotic item on the menu. I had a combo platter of enchiladas and tostada. I'm semi vegetarian (exception being seafood) and was a little concerned about the menu-- it didn't list cheese options that I could see... The server said I could order meat items but substitute cheese and that worked well for me. I would like to see a separate menu listing for vegetarians. This is the only reason this review is not 5 star.
Service was wonderful, prompt, friendly (hola muchachos!). People in booths were speaking spanish around us-- so the price and authenticity must be satisfying for them too.. Chips were served very shortly upon being seated and were still warm. Salsa was mild enough for the general public...
People were there with large families-- so this is an establishment that lives up to the "family friendly" claim they make.
We would recommend this business, and we will eat there again. -

We recently moved near this restaurant and after reading the reviews, we knew we had to try it. We loved it! The food is great, the service is very good and very fast. The prices are resonable. We even take our friends there!

Addendum: I wish there had been an option for a 4.5 or 4.75 because a full one star drop is a bit harsh for the lack of organized vegetarian option on the menu; but I feel the item needed to be addressed.
