Never, EVER go here. Save yourself from evil: I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect, nor met a more horrible woman in my life. I dropped off a BRAND NEW $300 silk dress to be pressed for ONE hour and paid $5.50 for my dress to only come back with 2 spots and actually wrinkled sleeves (Remember? Dress was supposed to be pressed...). When I expressed my concern, the horrid woman yelled at me, told me never to say that, it was not their fault (pretty sure Nordstrom didn't stain it before it came off my body and put in the bag) and started yelling at me to get out and practically chased me to the car while calling me cheap. Really? Are you kidding me? I am in disbelief that this actually just occurred and will tell EVERYONE in my office to avoid this place at all costs. I live in Seattle but work in Bellevue, and will never use Eastside services like this again. What an awful experience.
