Old Country Buffet

I attended a baby shower here, and paid to get some food, but after looking at the food lost my appetite and went back immediately for a refund. The cashier said both the managers were outside, and she'd get me when they came back in.

An hour and a half later, no one had gotten me, so on my way out I again asked for a refund since I hadn't eaten anything and wasn't there for the food in the first place. The manager was abrupt and rude and refused to give me my money back. I felt robbed.

My advice: if you expect to be treated decently and respectfully, don't go there. If you need any sort of good customer service, you'll be totally screwed. If you just want overpriced buffet ($13.29 at noon on a Saturday - exorbitant), go for it, but I wouldn't suggest it. There have to be better places than this where you can at least be treated like a human being by management who cares about their restaurant's reputation and about people in general.

OLD COUNTRY BUFFET: I LIKE TO GO TO OLD COUNTRY BUFFET WHEN I AM CRAVING A HUGE HEALTHY LETTUCE SALAD. OLD COUNTRY BUFFET, IN MY OPINION, IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET A HUGE SALAD. I TOP IT WITH ONLY THE BEST CRUTONS, BACON BITS, EGGS, PEAS, CARROT SHAVINGS, CHEESE, AND LOTS OF RANCH DRESSING. I RATED OLD COUNTRY BUFFET WITH 5 STARS BECAUSE I THINK THEY DESERVE A HIGH RATING FOR NOT ONLY THEIR FOOD, BUT THE EXCELLENT SERVICE TOO.

It was okay: I've had better and I've had worse. Seemed kinda pricy but okay
