We visited the dealership for the 2nd time in a couple months. Both trips have been disappointing with the customer service or lack of customer service. Our recent trip pretty much put the nail in the coffin for us with this dealership. We walked around the car lot looking at various SUV that we were interested in purchasing, but no one came to assist us. So we walked toward the store front and stood in the walk way between the car lot and the store front,for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. During the whole time that we were waiting, couple sales personnels walked pass us and at least three others stood in front of a new vehicle, parked in front of the store, looking at their cell phones. We spend at least 30 minutes at this dealership and not one employee even greeted us. Are these sales personnels too stuck up to even greet their potential customers? We were seriously ready to purchase a SUV. I will certainly take my business somewhere else.
I was mis-lead during the negotiations, and what I didn't want to do, is exactly what they did. I didn't want my current car to be part of the deal, and they added it as a trade, and when I went back to cancel the deal, they said they couldn't do that. It was just signed...ink didn't even dry. I feel that they took advantage of me, cause I was a woman, a lone, and in a hurry. I know I need to read all the paper work, but I just trusted that they would do what I agreed to. I really do like Toyotas, and as a responsible person I will do what I agreed to, but why is that they wouldn't do the same thing?
Fantastic Experience: The internet fleet salespeople made our experience both pleasant and we left with a vehicle we loved. This was the best car purchase experience I've had and I recommend this dealership to anyone.
