DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My husband, 16 month old son & I went in to get all our hair cut. My husband & son were put up into the chairs & then one of the other women called me over to hers, I told her that I needed to stay with my son. She told me he would be fine, so I stupidly thought the woman cutting his hair worked with children all the time & he would be OK, plus he was in the chair next to my husband. I sat down in the chair & looked over at my son, who was NOT fine. My husband asked me to come over to help & the woman who wanted to cut my hair was nearly frantic trying to get me back into the chair & continued telling me that my baby would be fine. My son is incredibly well behaved when he gets his hair cut, no crying ever, but he needs a parent there to hold his hands down or lift his chin (very normal behavior for a child his age during a cut). As soon as his cut was done, another woman (I think she was a manager) was again trying to get me to leave my baby alone in a chair & get me over to cut my hair. My husband repeatedly asked them to be patient but by this time, the man cutting his hair was getting frantic & hurrying to finish my husband's cut (never a good sign). Seeing that I was being bullied, my husband stated that we'd wait on my cut. We paid & left.

We both understand that stylists make money by getting as many people in & out of their chairs as possible, but this was absurd! This experience was horrible & we will never go into ANY Hairmasters EVER again. If customer service means anything to you, go somewhere else!!!!

I have been taking my son here for a few years and am constantly pleased with the friendly service, up-to-date styles, and price that just can't be beat. Clean and professional while being kid friendly too.

I Love Na who works at the Issaquah Hair Masters. She is SO sweet and always gives me exactly what I ask. I go back everytime!
