    DON'T GET ANYTHING EXPRESSED MAILED TO YOU. ESPECIALLY THROUGH THIS OFFICE - YOU'LL GET THE RUN AROUND! I'M VERY UPSET THAT IT'S TAKEN AN ENTIRE WEEK TO RECEIVE A VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IN 3 DAYS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    The wait in line is consistently long. During the busy times, plan on waiting 10-15 mins. But the service to always really good.
