User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis bellevue branch is too small to fit the crowd. There are no seats & you practically have to sit outside in front of the office since there's no space to even sit on the floors. BEWARE: when the office is crowded, the stench from the crowd is nauseating & a few perverted wondering-eyes!! I didn't bother renewing my driver's license here. I just went to the branch at Greenwood in Seattle where the office is bigger, plenty of space to sit, the wait is still long though (I waited for 1 hour & 15 mins.) but the clerks move fast.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGet ready for some tired frustrated clearks: We noticed that although the clearks can be at time very nice, they dont have any tolerance for ignorance or mistakes or repeating anything. This becomes more apearant during the buzier office hours. So, you need to realy pay attention or they will yell at you. Good luck.
