About:	Housed in a little strip mall in Bellevue, this casual restaurant serves a wonderful combination of Vietnamese, French and Italian cuisines. Andre Nguyen opened his first restaurant nearby in 1987, and after it burned down, he opened this one in 1996. The casual dining room is bright and open, and a gas fireplace warms the room. The spicy Shrimp and Tomato Linguine is good, as is the spicy Hai Phong Chicken. There are also a variety of vegetarian dishes. Order beer or wine, or bring your own liquor.
