User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFriendly branch -- horrible bank: The folks at the Duvall branch are nice and work hard to overcome the poor service the parent bank provides. As a BOA customer in the NW, you must remember that most of their customer service promises do not apply to you. The accounts for NW customers do not have the same capabilities as the rest of the customer base. If you use BOA, you either have to live with it or try not to notice.
