User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI'm from Wichita, KS. I enjoy my Honda very much, I take my car to my Dealership in Wichita and Iâve received great customer service from walking into the Service Center. But Iâm visiting Seattle, North Seattle, so Iâve looked up the closest Honda Dealership to take my car in for a simple oil change. When I parked my car, I walk in and there were 3 desks with employees who can help customers. So I walk towards the one with three employees with no one in front of the desk. One guy was wearing a suit, another was writing something down on paper, and a lady talking to the guys about what she did last night. Iâve waited for a minute for help. Then final the guy who was writing things down looked up and asked if I need help with something. Yes, I need an oil change, it was 11:30 am. Then the lady asked if I had an appointment. I told her no, and then she asked if Iâm willing to wait until 3 to get the car done. I told her no I canât, and she told me to I need to scheduled one. So Iâve look at the guy in front of me who was writing stuff down and ask him how soon I can make one. She responded there is an open on Tuesday. I told her Iâm leaving this weekend, her responds, Sorry. So I went to Jiffy Lube, and got one of the best service in a long time. Thanks Jiffy Lube on Lake City Way NE.

James...you're a dork. Why should a walk-in oil change (you) get priority over those who made an appointment for their car's maintenance? How would you like getting bumped or delayed by someone like you? That's what places like Jiffy Lube are for, and even they may have to schedule people sometimes. Are we special or what?
