had a major emergency, refridgerator went out same day as a dinner party. called seattle home appliance, and even though they were booked they said they'd see what they could do. within half hour they called me back and were able to come fix my refridgerator that day at same rate as a normal call. they saved a lot of problems for me ! thank you so much for treating your customers like people !

Called for an appointment, week later they came. The washer was not working. The technicians fist words, "I've never worked on one of these before." This is a newer Fisher and Paykel washer. The technician thought that it was the motor control board, but was not sure. 2 days after the appointment the parts have not been ordered, no eta for the non ordered parts, will not schedule an appointment until they get the parts, and as the person on the phone said, "we normaly work about a week or so out. Once we get the part in you will need to schedule the appointment.

Too many hoops to jump through, and it seems like not enough knowledge to back it up. I would look to find another company to deal with.

I had recieved a phone call from Seattle Home Appliance about a recall on a refrigerator that I had bought from them a few years back. They had setup a service call and had completed the repair within a couple of days. I believe that was very proactive on their part and thats why I will continue to use their services.
