I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process when I purchased my vehicle, and now I'm even happier than before. I bought my car over 2 years ago from them and a mileage problem came up on the CarFax report when I tried to trade it in at another dealership. The guys down at Good found out that mine was the actual vehicle (thank god) and that there was a fraud out there with the same VIN as mine. Needless to say they got the job done and got the other state to fix their records and now the CarFax report is correct!
I'm thankful to say that the boys at good did a great job before and after the sale!
I had a great experience a few weeks ago when I purchased an Acura MDX for my wife. The internet managers that I worked with made the whole process easy and enjoyable compared to my experiences at other dealerships. However, I do suggest that you check the prices online so that you know what it is before you get there.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! We purchased our car from this place and found an almost $3000 vehicle warranty hidden in the loan papers. They totally tired to skip over it when discussing the financing papers. We asked to remove the warranty we did not want from the finance papers (since the car has a manufactures bumper to bumper warranty) and it was treated as if we may not be financed without this extra warranty, which was totally untrue. Then, no manual came with the vehicle, we asked our sales rep. if we could get one and he said he âwould hunt one downâ. We still have not see an auto manual for our car, and are now having to find our own. On top of this, the auto start was selectively working, so we took it to another GM dealer to look it over. It turns out the battery in our car had been recalled by the manufacture sometime ago and this was why our auto start was not working properly. Good Chevrolet also did not repair the windshield washer fluid fuse that was recalled by GM, even though it was recalled because of its risk for catching the car on fire. The GM dealer we took our car to for service of course replaced the recalled items at no cost to us but my question is why was this not caught by the Good Chevrolet service department when they took in the vehicle or before it was sold to us?!?!?! Overall this was a poor experience and we will never purchase anything from this business again. Lots of other more honest dealerships around.
