    Very poor customer service. I can't exactally put my finger on why, but the employees (service reps, receptionists) were unprofessional towards me. I didn't feel like I was at a reputable dealership. If you can, make the drive to Michael's Toyota in Bellevue, they are top notch.

    One of worst experience. I approached them thru Costco program for a New Vehicle. I went on time they gave me, I have to wait for more than an hour just to look at the Vehicle. Now, pricing, it supposed to be Costco No hassle price. They would not give the pricing more than hour, kept giving BS pricing though I am supposed to get fixed costco pricing. Finally I got call costco customer service, and they have to give a call to them even to give Costco pricing. Even their attitude is the worst. I would not by anything from them.
