    Comuncation Breakdown!! I went into Doug's Towing location to get some information on my lunch hour and the owner or manager was on the phone and he wouldn't give me the time of day. I guess they have too much business?? When I called back the next day they just hung up on me. Some business owners forget where they started.

    A while back my car broke down in my driveway. I had the luxary of reseaching for the best deal to get my car towed. I found Doug's to be the most affordable. My girlfriend called me last night and told me her car broke down on I-5. Did she know someone to call to get her car towed. I told her, why yes I did and gave her the phone number for Doug's Affordable Towing. They towed her to her garage of choice, and took her home, and even helped carry her groceries into her apt. WOW!!! What service!!! I would give Doug's 5 stars out of 5. I would also recommend Doug's to anyone and everyone. Thank you

    Had an really flat tire. Doug himself, came out within the time frame quoted. Working in a customer service industry myself, I greatly appreciated his professionalism and great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Doug's Affordable Towing.
