Was surprised a place like this was even in existence!
I drove by one day and decided to stop. How many times do you see Celtic foods and Cajun mixed?!
I really enjoyed my visit. I had yummy "Cajun pasta" and some Hush puppies! They were both so delicious. My Husband got the Potato soup and Shepherds Pie. The soup was a little watered down and the Shepherds pie was made with a weird tomato base. Both dishes were fine but not worth the price for they way they were served.
The employees are friendly and the place has a great cozy charm to it though!
*Some of the downsides are: Small parking lot that was nearly full on a Thursday even, a tad pricey, Hard to find- you have to look close to see it on the road, and it's a bit of a drive to Redmond. *
-That being said it's a pretty good place.
ALSO: The website link is wrong on yahoo. it's Celticbayou.com
Great place for after work: We would go there often in Groups....great beer, wings and finger foods! Always busy and always something going on...get a booth, order a pint, some wings and your set for a couple of hours - oh, better make that 2 pints! :)
Tasty but Pricey: The Celtic Bayou is an interesting mix of Celtic brew pub and Cajun restaurant. They have delicious food and great beers, so the quality of the food is great. The problem is that the price of the food is not equal to the portion size; you don't get much for your money. Tasty as it is, it's not really worth the price tag.
