| About: | Striving for upbeat atmosphere, this restaurant features high-color textured walls with a sea-life motif. Outdoor heating, including a freestanding fireplace, extends the patio dining season. The substantial menu centers on seafood but also includes chicken and chops. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy wife and I travel year round and visited Coho's four times during our recent 6 week stay in Redmond. Each time we were totally satisfied with food, service, and atmosphere.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsgreat food. get the fish tacos. service is a little slow and its a tad on the expensive side.... but a pleasant atmosphere and unique menu items.

User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe prices are a little high for what you get, but this piscine version of an Applebee's-wannabe does have some real winners. I'd say go for the salmon, of course, and the seafood bisque is tremendous even though it's so rich it'd give a dietician apoplexy. Beats the claws off of Red Lobster, with a similar price point and atmosphere. If you're looking for a midrange dinner place it's definitely worth a try. I'd take a pass on the burgers, though, if I were you. Stick to the seafood.

how can you say that Coho Cafe is a Applebee's wannabee? I can tell you that Coho Cafe would never strive to be like Applebee's. That is an insult. They are on a tottaly different level than Applebee's, in every way. Applebee's is like a tier up from Denny's and Coho's is way above both. Applebees and Denny's are what you call"crap" food, Coho's just can't even be compared to either. Coho's uses better quality fish and meats from the start than Applebees and Denny's do. They have great food and may not be perfect (their bread served to everyone needs a revamp) but are just in a tottaly different class than Applebees. Just my 2 cents:)
