User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was greeted immediately by Adam who could not have been more helpful. He diagnosed the problem in minutes. It was just a loose belt on my vacuum. He did not have a new one in stock so he took it off of their display model and did not charge me a thing. It was quick, easy, and free. Thank you!

Great products, but just so-so service. Our Riccar vacuum has broken down several times. When we took it in, they quickly did a repair, without diagnostically examining the whole vacuum which resulted in inadequate repairs and another trip into the shop. UGH! They also do not like to admit any fault. For example, the closing mechanism on our vacuum was broken by their service department during our last visit - no admission of fault and another trip in for us. Pain in the rear.
