I had a particularly bad experience with this dealer's service team.
Besides the issue at hand I ended up talking to the manager who told me things that:
"That's not the way it works here", refering to the fact they aknowledge their mistake, but I'd have to pay for it anyway.
"I see what you are telling me, but I'll go with what the computer says", refering to something some employee mistyped there, and basically acusing me of lying.
And finally when I told him that I'll never go back again, he said "I don't know why you are telling me that, now I don't have any reason to help you"
Definetelly the worst customer service I've seen in many years.
had a bad experience at Lee Johnson that will make me not obtain service or shop there any longer. I brought my 97 Chevy Tahoe in for service since the 'Check Engine Light" was on and I would not pass emissions. My truck was running perfectly fine when I brought it in. They called me about 4 hours later to let me know that the truck wouldn't start and then they ran down a list of things that needed to be done that totalled $2,500 inlcluding a fuel pump. I told them that the truck was working perfectly fine when I brought it in and that I will take it elsewhere to be serviced but that it better be working when I get there to pick it up. Anyway, to make a long story short they tried to up sell me on the service and the truck works fine to this day. They are liars in that they said that the truck wouldn't start, thinking I would want it fixed right then and there. I would never recommend this dealer as they are crooks!!!!
