User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have had the pleasure of working with the House of Clocks folks for over 20 years, buying new clocks and having old ones repaired. I have always found them to be pleasant, professional, competent and very competitively price for their high quality products and services. And for the one time a repair didn't go quite right, they were very quick to correct the issue, at my convenience. I highly recommend them.

I must have caught them on a bad roll. The last time I had my clock worked on-which was purchased there 28 years ago- it came back nonfunctional. They told my wife that she must have screwed it up hanging the pendulum. Back to the shop it went. After enduring a butt load of bad attitude and getting the clock back in a nonfunctional state I'd rather take the clock to the dump than back to A House of Clocks!

If you are looking for a new clock or getting one repaired this is the place! I needed to get my wife's grandpa's clock fixed for her birthday and they kept it a secret for me.. I found out the owner himself (Dave) came out to my home and fixed the clock within minutes.
It seems there are so few companies out there these days that really care about the customer & making sure they are completely satisfied. A House of Clocks puts all this at rest. They should consider changing their name to A+ House of Clocks because they are just that.. (A+++)
