There is no love sincerer than the love of food.: Once you approach the door, they welcome you by opening the door and greeting you with a smile. Which not only makes you feel at ease, but you feel as if the welcome is genuine and not just something they are suppose to do.

When you enter Canyons Restaurant you assume based on the architecture and the surroundings it is some type of Southwestern or Tex Mex Restaurant, like Two Dagos in Downtown Seattle. However... You would be quite wrong in that assumption.

Once you look over the menu you are stunned to see Chevre Cheese on the menu, which is a goat cheese from France. Surely the Coconut Prawns belong in a Jamaican or some other type of restaurant; I have only seen them at The Outback to be honest. This is just a few of the appetizers, they have a more extensive list.

Canyons has a little bit of everything, it caters to a wide variety of taste buds for both adults and children... Mexican, Tex Mex, Italian (Garlic Chicken Fettuccine), English (Fish and Chips), American (Hot wings, Philly Cheese Steak, Gourmet Hamburgers), Cajun (Blackened Chicken Pasta), Bangkok Express (Thai), Emperors Choice Salad (Chinese), The Coconut Prawns are like the Baklava for the Greeks and the Turkish, everyone wants to claim their country (Africa, Australia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam, even Florida) as the origin.

I will fix this!~!! By claiming them and all the other menu items as Canyons Restaurant’s, because no one makes them like they do and no one should even try to copy these amazing items on their menu.

What time would I suggest you try it? Anytime!~!!

Whether it is lunch time to check out the all Express Entrees, but remember the one hour limits for Redmond and Bothell Restaurants (available from 11am to 12pm only), while the Monroe and Mountlake Terrace Restaurants have the time until three pm. Happy hour or dinner, would be great times also, because everything is consistent. From the friendly greeters, the knowledgeable waiters/waitresses, right down to the bartenders, servers and Management.

This is my only option if you want to take your family, or just stop by for a drink after work and a meal, because you do not want to cook once you get home. I must admit my favorite place to eat use to be The Outback, do not get me wrong...I love their food and always will, but... As for consistently professional service with extremely friendly staff and food that is amazingly cooked to perfection and just a nice atmosphere to be around while eating ... I choose Canyons, there is nothing generic about this place.

The food placement and the beautiful colors on the plates of other people around you will cause your eyes to look everywhere while you are walking to your seat, and even before you get the food in your mouth, the surrounding tables around you will get your mouth watering in anticipation.


What do I recommend? Anything and everything, there is nothing on the Canyons Restaurant menu that is bad or that I consider just okay, everything is superb. Anything you put in your mouth at Canyons makes your taste buds pop with happiness, and puts a Kool-Aid smile on your face.

Most Delicious Fajitas!: My 3 kids and I went in when I was extremely tired, and we were all staving. They have a basket full of learning toys and games at the entrance for the children. We wanted to make the next bus, and they totally hooked us up. We were served on a rush order without hastles. The food was great, and the waitress was so sweet to my talkative 7 year old. Even though I was tired, we all had a great time!! I will deffinately go back for more fajitas! The music was a little too loud, but maybe that was just because I was tired.

a Great place to have beers and aps after work: We would go there most fridays to end the week! Great beers and atmospere. Food is generic appetizers. Stil a great place to get toghether with friends
