At $2 bucks a load ..it can add up quick. The washers and dryers however, are front loading and they do a much better job washing the clothing than the common washer and dryer. Depending on what you are drying, the dryers work pretty quickly ..You don't need to always put in a $1.00's worth of quarters to start (or however many the sign recommends) unless you have a load of many towels or are putting tons of stuff in one dryer. I would like to be able to wash my clothing with hot water, which doesn't seem to work..I think they have it turned off.. probaby to save money, but at $2.00 a load, we should be getting hot water. I have checked the water temp. at various points when washing, by sticking my finger into the area where the soap goes (some of the water travels up through there throughout the cycle) and it is always cold. I have not said anything to the guy that works there.. but this is a bummer and needs to be fixed, because it is being dishonest to the customers. Overall.. not a bad place to get some laundry done.

Hadn't used a laundromat since college: Located in the same complex as the Radio Shack in Maple Valley. Had 20 or so washing machines, 2 jumbo 50lb and 2 medium 30lb. (One of the 30's was out of service at the time I was there). Of the 20 regular machines 2 or 3 were out of service which is to be expected. Regular wash is $2 per load, 30lb was $3.25 and 50lb was $5.75 - fairly standard rates I think but more than I paid in college almost eight years ago. Has about 20 or 25 large dryers $.25 = 7 minutes. A few were out of service/broken. I spent $1.25 per load to dry - $1.00 probably would have been sufficient. Has change machine and laundry/dry sheet dispenser if you forget. QFC is within walking distance to buy soap/dryer sheets/bleach which is what I did. Within walking distance to a Subway and Starbucks. Has one restroom which was clean. Plenty of wire laundry carts. Has sufficient charis/tables but no folding stations.
