I don't know the story of the lady that had her car towed, but most companies will tow your car if you leave the car their after extended period of time after the repair or estimate.-

Always fabulous service and quality work. Have never had a problem and have been going to them for almost ten years. I know I can trust them and wouldn't ever consider taking it someplace else.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsbeware of this company as without notice to me they had both my vehicles towed away and i really needed them that is why they were in for repair i got one letter from a tow company that i was not affiliated with and so did not open it i was still waiting for my repairs to be done and without being repaired my vehicles were towed from this business i had dealt with this company before and didnt have this problem so i trusted them dont let this happen to your vehicles i lost both my truck and my car when i inquired about this they lied and said they had called me and gave me notice and had another guy call me and give me notice and this had never happened these were my only two vehicles and i really needed them and would never have let this happen
