User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/9/2008 - Got the complete runaround. New ownership has left this dealership with less than crappy customer service. I purchased a car 2 years ago and had great service. Now, I have made 6 phone calls to talk to their finance/business department, been left on hold over 60 minutes total and still have not gotten my refund or even a real person to talk to me. They were quick to take my money and now the new ownership is very disrespectful to the previous customers. A shame. Will no buy from them again. If you purchased a vehicle before the new owners took over in 2007, good luck!
