Manager Makes Customer Pay for Videos Store Loses: There's a store manager named Howard who insisted that I pay for at least 50% of a video I am POSITIVE I returned because he can't find it in his store. This store has made several errors in the past over the videos I did return, but this was the first time I've been refused from renting further movies unless I paid for a movie they misplaced or was stolen from them. I'm positive I returned it because I come in weekly with a free coupon along with the previous week's video I'd rented, never one without the other, to minimize running so many errands. He was unwilling to be gracious and insisted I had to pay and that I was "liable", and did not believe me that I did return it, and walked away from me when I was talking to him about this. DON'T PATRONIZE this Blockbuster 17101 Redmond Way in Redmond WA, whose manager is HOWARD unless you walk all your returned videos to the counter personally and make sure they check it back in, otherwise HOWARD is going to penalize you for THEIR error!!! I've been a member since 20 years and this is the end of any more business with them.
