| About: | "'Outstanding, delightful and memorable' are among the raves for this downtown white-linen Italian, where the food's so good it's guaranteed to improve your mood; great pulling together of imaginative and subtle flavors (the sweet-potato gnocchi is reason enough to keep coming back); a solid standby for business lunch, it also gets kudos for an especially good breakfast, making this definitely the place to be all day long." - Zagat Survey Centrally located in downtown Seattle, Tulio offers a warm, inviting neighborhood setting to locals and visitors alike. Whether it's a special event in Solaio, our upstairs dining room, or dining with friends and family, let us share our contemporary Italian cuisine that we make with fresh, local ingredients everyday. When you think warm, dressy/casual, neighborhood Italian, this is SO the place. To sit on the patio and watch the city go by while enjoying some sauteed calimari and a nice chilled vodka, one can truly know comfort. That is one of the things that stood out about this place. It is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a special, "I have worked my ass off and I deserve to be spoiled" night out for yourself. This is crazy but, you know that Billy Joel song, Scenes From an Italian Resturant? I think he meant this place.
nice place but:: If you go there try to be a night when "Marcel is the manager" she is great, the other one Jennifer is a pure corporate product and her knowledge is :what the owner taught her,no real personal feeling,an other thing ,the last years in Italy have been bad for the wine,so why do they have all those bad years in their wine menu...
Great Food & Service: Food is great, with both Southern and Northern Italy present. Outstanding service, great date place.
