If it went lower than 1 star it would be posted. I called for a clogged drain. $550.46 later the serviceman said he would not continue unless the drain was code? Maybe $50 worth of parts later it was code. However he turned off my water main then shut off my hot water control under the sink and poked a hole in my wall (THAT IS STILL THERE) to look at the pipe coming out of the wall because it was also not code? Are you getting the theme here? I did not call for them to save the world just fix the clog. There integrity for code seems more like revenue. As they left we ran our dishwasher; not knowing the hot water under the sink was still turned off, and burned up my dishwasher pump. To top it all off the plumber took my dam flashlight when he left.
WHAT A JOKE!!!!
They are very unprofessional to say the least.
DO NOT USE!!!!

This company sent a technician who was not yet a journey level worker without any on-site backup. The poor kid spent the whole day on the phone trying to get tech support. In the end the quality of work was poor, he cut a structural member in half (and left it), we were charged about double what a quality job should have cost. I wouldn't call them again under threat of death.

This company did a great job on our plumbing project. I will not hesitate to call them again. Their plumber was very clean, polite, and professional. A+ service in my book.
