    The employees here have the greatest customer service. Jon & Tony go that extra mile or two and that's what makes them really great at what they do. Instead of remembering and reporting the bad, recognize and shout out the good experiences as well. Thanks guys, you're the reason I'm a repeat customer.

    Worst UPS Store on the planet! They close on crucial holidays, often misplace packages or distribute them late, and provide neither assistance nor dollies to transport heavy packages from store to car. Franchise owner's flaky teen son Matt manages store while half asleep. Surprised there are no governing guidelines from UPS to provide consistent service from store to store.
