    Fremont Classic: a classy pizzeria.: Of all the pizzerias in Seattle, Fremont Classic's pizza tastes the most like the best sort one would get in the northeastern states. The crust is the perfect balance of a crisp outside, and a chewy interior, the sauce is obviously made from crushed tomatoes and fresh basil, and the cheese is probably the better quality buffalo mozzarella. Most other pizzas in Seattle seem bland and inauthentic in comparison. And you get to eat this delicious pizza in an intimate, attractive setting.
