Let's be honest, NO ONE wants a cup full of inedible aromatics instead of soup. Instead of flavoring the soup with bay leaves, lemongrass, and galangal then straining it out, I got a small bowl full of these inedible pieces. It made the Tom Kha very difficult to eat. My other complaint is that there was no veggies - just a few sad mushrooms floating in the soup. I expect plenty of tofu, zucchini, bok choi, carrots, bamboo shoots, eggplant, broccoli, etc, in my soup. Oh - and three stars was zero stars. No heat at all.

It was disgusting.
