Oh my, This pizza chain is to die for. Nice healthy fresh thin pizza and a salad that is so so good. Whenever I visit Seattle I moan everytime I take my first bite. If you don't like this pizza you have been brainwashed by frozen cheap thick crust national chain junk with incredients as cheap as it can be. Pagliacci's is fresh and tasty like a pizza should be. Wake up and smell the dough!
best pizza i ever had, ate at least twice a month when living in seattle! :)
Really mediocre pizza. It's the pizza equivalent of Dick's burgers: not very good but for some reason everyone in Seattle has this big nostalgic love affair with it.
If you want some actual good pizza try Suni's in Shoreline or Frankie's in Redmond.

I think the reason "everyone in Seattle has this big nostalgic love affair with 'it'" i.e. Pagliacci Pizza in Seattle has nothing to do with nostalgia and more to do with the fact that Pagliacci Pizza uses seasonal and fresh ingredients, makes their own dough from scratch and tosses their own pies made to order. Pagliacci's doesn't win best pizza in Seattle for like 10 years running based on nostalgia. Best and most consistent pie in Seattle...
"uses seasonal and fresh ingredients, makes their own dough from scratch and tosses their own pies made to order" Yeah, big deal everyone does that. The real question is how does it taste? And the answer is: not that great. Pagliacci's doesn't win best pizza in Seattle for like 10 years running based on nostalgia. Yeah, actually it does.
Actually, I think Pagliacci has won the award a billion times because they tell all of their employees and their extended network of friends and family to vote for them in that "Best of Seattle/Western Washington" award that Evening Magazine puts out. None of the other pizzerias get enough people involved to skew the vote in their favor (they're probably too busy making GOOD pizza). Honestly, that competition is a joke. In general, the winners are very good at promoting themselves to their electoral shills. I don't think Pagliacci is all that great either. Stellar Pizza in Georgetown and All Purpose Pizza on 29th and South Jackson are MUCH better in my opinion and deserve the "Best of Seattle" award WAY more than Pagliacci. In college, all my UW dormies went to Pizza Time instead of Pagliacci because it just tasted better (even though it was cheaper than Dominos).
