About:	Kabul restaurant is special and not just because there aren't a lot of authentic Afghan restaurants in Seattle, but also because the Afghani owners do the cuisine so well. Pasta in a Yogurt-Garlic Sauce, Basmati Rice topped with Spinach in a Lamb Sauce and Sauteed Eggplant are samples of the menu. Kebabs of beef, chicken and lamb are popular as well and there are also a number of vegetarian entrees. For dessert, try the homemade Pistachio Rosewater Ice Cream. Live sitar music plays Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7p-9p.

Save yourself Some trouble and go to the supermarket and get yourself some flank steak and white rice. This place isn't gourmet and it is barely the real thing. To be honest there isn't a thing Afgani about the place, just ask the asian waittress. Before going there ask yourself 'would you pay 13 dollars for rice and beef shins'?
