    Sunday morning at Essential: On a recent visit from the Midwest, I found this a real Seattle experience. Exceptional pastries, friendly staff,bright and airy decor.

    Great Bread, Great Cafe: Essential is a wonderful experience in the lovely Wallingford/Fremont area. Drop by for coffee and pastries, or swing by and pick up some fresh bread.
