Don't throw my order at me!

I just dropped in to pick up a $8 slice of cheesecake for a coworker's birthday (took 5 minutes tops). I said "no whipped cream" when I ordered but it was put on anyway. I mentioned "no whipped cream" again and received a heavy sigh. The new slice was packaged and literally tossed over to me clattering across the counter. Then the person ringing up my order looks puzzled when I don't leave a tip?! Please, there was nobody else in the bakery area and a handfull of staff just hanging around the lobby. Sorry to have bothered the two of you in the bakery - I won't again nor will my 108 coworkers down the street from you.

Let me start by saying we LOVE the Cheesecake Factory, Seattle location. One of our FAVORITE places to eat! However, one night we went for a late dinner after watching a movie. We were COLDLY greeted by the MANAGER at the front desk. He did NOT SMILE, did NOT "welcome us" and barely looked at us. Boy did we feel not welcomed. OUCH! The "feel" of the restaurant that night didn't seem like our Cheesecake Factory. The staff were not on their A-Game. We had a very friendly waitress, but not the usual excellent service. It was a very disappointing visit. We will go back, because we know this is NOT the usual.

It is an amazing restaurant. When I went there, they offered the Pumpkin Cheesecake, and my gosh was it ever amazing! :) The service was extremely friendly, they served me my beer in a pre-chilled glass (made the whole beer experience better!) and the food itself as usual totally satisfying, actually more so than that! I can't wait to return to Seattle to get another bite at that divinely tasting cheesecake.
