the service at the greyhound bus lines is very poor and greedy. even with proof that you bought a ticket and your confirmation number they will not reissue a ticket for a lost one. The manager is unyeilding and will not even try to help. This is very disappointing, I have thought highly of the greyhound bus lines for quite awhile. If I can help it I will not use the grehound bus lines again.
Greyhound offers inexpensive last minute fairs to Spokane and Pullman (via Spokane). However, premises are dirty, buses often run late, and on-site parking is not available for people picking up or dropping off passengers. Business across bus parking area has unoccupied stalls outside normal business hours, but Greyhound security enforces the no parking or waiting anytime rule. This is true even on evenings and weekends when all the parking spots are empty.
I travel from Seattle to Spokane on 5/19/08, departing Seattle at 10:40am and arrive Spokane 4:10pm. It was a wonderful relaxing ride, however. the bus driver was incredibly rude. We are paying customers not children out in a playground. This bus driver scolded a gentlemen trying to ask him a question. He said and I quote don't come up to me and ask me what time it is for the bus to leave (at Ellensberg's stop), when I said it's time to leave then it's time to leave. He said this in front of other passengers outside smoking. We left and continue heading towards Moses Lake and he announce over the PA that he smells stinky feet from, and whomever has their shoes off, to put it back on. What if it was his feet. I don't feel that people should be treated that way. Then when we arrive in Spokane the dude that was handling out baggage yells at this one guy that was asking if he can go back to the bus to fetch his sweater. Greyhound need to train the employees to be professionals and especially be kind to customers. It could be just a few that spoils everything for others. I would never recommend this outfit to even my worst enemy.
