About:	From ouzo to fresh bread, rich smells fill the air as you enter this Capitol Hill haven called El Greco. Sit down to linen and flowers and a delightful range of flavors from the Mediterranean: lamb, fennel, olives and dark coffees. The usually excellent risottos are a bargain. The lunch menu features good soups, salads and pastas. The brunch menu makes the most of eggs, pancakes and other breakfast fare. And, the kitchen shines at dinner.
