User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe place is not super fancy or anything. But the authenticity of the food-taste is excellent, best Chinese food in the area, fair price. Their Hot Pot is a good deal (comes with normal and spicy mix) warm you up when the weather is cold. Great Lunch Special too. The waitress is this very cute-friendly Chinese lady. I try many Chinese restaurant since I've recently move to Seattle this passed August. This Bistro is the best in every category so far. 5-Stars on Service, 5-Stars on Taste, 5-Stars on Price.
*We try this other restaurant "Snappy Dragon", because it's got really good reviews, but that place serves the worse tasting Chinese food ever (yack!). I have no idea why it was rated so high in reviews.
BTW I am Taiwan-Chinese. Just so you know I'm not someone who knows nothing about chinese food n decided to write this review.
