The USPS has horrible mail carriers who do not read or focus. Makes me wonder what's going on inside of their heads or what they are smoking? They keep messing up with forwards and return of address illegally changing people's names? Are you freaking kidding me? The corporate and consumer affairs don't respond or return calls. This place is breaking the law interfering with the privacy of people's mail. Incompetence in matters of privacy breaks consumers legal rights. We are watching you USPS and keeping track of your mistakes. Law student.

The spelling of the name has to be exact; for example: "Nikohlas Claus" cannot be "Nick Clause" and some newlyweds, the wife, will use their maiden names(but excludes it on the forward). Those are a few examples when the post office changes the name, but only to forward mail. Hope that helps.

The workers of this post office it looks like they don't know how to read and follow instructions. They've been forwarding mails to the diff. address even the customers did not filled out a form to change address. They only looking if the person has the same last name and they forward all the mails in one address even the person is not leaving in the address they were forwarding it to. It pissed me off because they still forwarding our mails to the diff address even we did not filled out a form for address change. And i already called there coorporate office and until now i did not hear anything from them. The lady i spoke to she said that someone will call me back in regards for these problems but until now it's not been resolve. What kind of goverment workers are those employees at this post office.

A lot of people will check the box "Entire Family" on a forward rather than an "Individual forward".They are usually living with their parents and have the same last name/with kids. Once that is done the computerized forwarding center forwards all mail with that last name. Hope that helps.
