User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLa Rustica makes the best food I have ever had at a restaurant. I can't wait to go back either. I'll be taking my friends and family there as they visit Seattle. It's not often that I find a restaurant that makes such high quality and delicious food. This is now my favorite restaurant for sure. The garlic bread must have came from heaven because it's perfect. I ate tons of bread, leg of lamb, pasta, and a salad. The salad dressing was a new experience for me becuase I've never taasted any dressing that wonderful. Everything was cooked to perfection and everyone at our table agreed that this was the best food we've ever eaten. Go there, you'll love the small atmosphere, great service, and the food will surprise you with its high quality. Everyone that we talked to was super friendly and very attentive.

the food is hit or miss, but the service has been terrible the last couple time we have been there, it was busy and that is understandable; but we waitied about 20/25 mins for our food and then had to wait another 20 mins after we were done to get anyone to check on us and we wanted desert but by that time we didn't feel like waiting anymore! then when we got our bill it was wrong and i never got my to-go box back from being wrapped up and no one ever really said anything to us. I think one of the owners who was a lady at the door was there and standing around most of the time while we just sat there and waited for SOMEONE to come over to us! i don't mind waiting when places are busy...but come'on....come over and say something!!! i hate to give this a bad review but we don't go out very much and it really put a damper on our night!! i don't think we will go back again.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery upscale, but worth every penny...: La Rustica is mine & my wife's favorite Italian, and quite possibly our favorite restaurant of all. The atmosphere is very low key, dim lights, quiet conversations and the wait staff is very accomodating. The food is excellent, definitely worth the higher prices.

Try actually getting up and grabbing your server. Just ask him/her to come to your table when they get the chance. We as a society are so used to being served that we forget it's a courtesy, not an entitlement.
