    I had a flood in my shower and a near-flooding toilet. I called Fox at 8 am and they were here by 10 am -- putting me ahead of "leaky faucets." Marcus was my plumber, he handled the entire thing painlessly, explained in detail what he was going to do and all the possibilities prior to starting and then handled the whole thing professionally and rapidly. He cleaned up perfectly and left the place immaculate. I will call him again next time I have a problem.

    Mike & Tony quickly determined the problem, the work to be done, and apprised me of the estimated cost (less than the phone estimate I'd been given!). They didn't delay or look to do any unnecessary work. They performed the work necessary and didn't waste my time or theirs. I'd recommend them highly.
