    We are very pleased with the work done on our 3/4 ton family Avalanche, they made sure the parts were not only the right ones but that they fit, we would say also they are easy to work with and explain the problem as we experience it and they called and told us what they found and what it would cost and how long it would take to make the repairs. They did just as they said they would. We recommend them to everyone we talk to about our repairs they did for us.

    Frequently incompetent, Consistently dishonest.: I live close to this shop and have gone back several times as they changed mechanics and managers, but I think the problem is the "English as a second language Middle Eastern" ownership. They screwed up a gasoline purchase and blamed it on me. They overcharged me for tires, but said they'd give me credit, then didn't give me credit. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $1200 to flush my radiator and did such a poor job (plugging up the cooling system) that a head gasket blew, overheating and destroying the engine on a trip to Eastern Wahington (diagnosed by experts in Wenatchee). They don't care.
